we worked ridiculously hard on this, so we hope that it makes you laugh

sorry that it has to get to you like this. we imagined that people in a
post-internet
age would be able to carry soupzine in their large overcoats as
they
wander around the hollowed ruins of once-great cities in search of resources, and
take it out and read it every now and then to remember what the world felt like
before the [insert catastrophic event]. We did not predict that the catastrophic
event would happen and
a.) the internet would still be online, and b.) it would happen
before we fulfilled the pre-existing SOUP orders.
